  To Order Online:  Use our online shipping cart.  When you are finished shopping, review your purchases and click on the "Checkout" link.  Follow the instructions.

  How can I mail, phone or fax in my order?:  Use our online shopping cart.  After shopping, click the "checkout" link.  Verify your cart contents and shipping method.  Fill in customer and payment information.  Don't click on "Submit Your Order" and print the checkout page (your order) on your printer.  You can then mail in your order with payment to Classic Laser Cuts, 104 S. Michigan Avenue, Vicksburg, MI 49097, or phone in your order with credit card information to 269.649.3086 or fax in your order with a copy of your credit card to 269.649.0792.

   SHIPPING POLICY...

  Our policy is to keep the shipping and handling fee as low as possible, therefore, we ship via United  States Postal Service.

• We ship orders within the USA less than $50.00 through the regular mail and charge a flat fee of $6.50.  All orders $50.00 or more are shipped FREE and sent out Priority Mail.
• Shipments to Canada and Mexico are charged a flat fee of $8.60.  This is automatically handled by our check-out system.
• International orders are sent by USPS Global Priority Mail and charged a flat fee of $16.60.  The delivery time is subject to local postal conditions.  Delivery times can take from 4 days to several months depending on customs and local delivery conditions.  International shipments are guaranteed to be shipped, but delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to varying international conditions.

   SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

  If not completely satisfied with any item for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full product refund.  The refund will be given for all returned merchandise less shipping costs.  The actual shipping fee will be deducted from the credit issued.  If your order included free shipping, then the standard $6.50 shipping fee will be deducted from the credit issued.

   RETURN PROCEDURE:

  Please refer to the following instructions when returning any item(s):

• Send your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail to support@classiclasercuts.com.
• Remember to include your packing slip and RMA.
• Include your daytime phone number and e-mail address.
• The RMA number must appear on the shipping label.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

  Return the merchandise to 104 S. Michigan Avenue, Vicksburg, MI 49097.  Returns shipping must be prepaid and are best sent through the US post office.

• Send an e-mail to support@classiclasercuts.com advising us of the return shipment.  In order to expedite the processing of your return, please include:  Your Name, Product Name, Order Date, Order Number, and RMA Number.
• All returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the issuance of the RMA number and return instructions.  Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable.

  NOTE:  Our goal is to have complete customer satisfaction.  Classic Laser Cuts will often send replacement products while waiting for the return merchandise.  If the return merchandise is not received by Classic Laser Cuts, you will be charged an additional fee for the replacement item.
